It measures approximately

Inches. This photograph is of a Red Army captain, her last name is Plotnikova. She served in the 597th motorized rifle brigade based on the information on the back of the photo. Interesting remark: this is an ID photograph from WWII, back then an officer had to verify the identity of the person on the photo and leave his signature and the unit seal. The person that verified miss Plotnikova's identity is Major Plotnikov. So it's either her husband or just a person with the same last name.
