VTG Hagersville Ont Canada Souvenir Letter Opener Indian Chief on Handle

Description

Letter opener is in vintage condition. I believe it is made of celluloid and it measures 7 1/4" top to bottom.
It has tiny chips around the tip and the paint is wearing.
There is also a small bend to it so it does not lay flat.
