Vtg. carved bamboo? Asian made letter opener.

Description

The opener features maybe bamboo carved material. The top part is maybe fruits, vegetables, stacked on one another to some kind of base at the bottom. The rest is the letter opener shape. The bottom part has black Asian characters, unsure of nationality. Good condition; no damage. Age coloring. May be a faint stain on the pinecone looking fruit on top part. Also, maybe a second stain on right side of letter opener. Some fading in black of characters and on the letter opener part, light surface wear due to age/use. Measures 8.5".
