VINTAGE SNOW WHITE & SEVEN DWARFS "HAPPY" DWARF PLANTER/VASE
This vintage pottery planter/vase is the delightful and charming HAPPY DWARF.  Happy was one of the seven dwarfs that Snow White found in the Disney tale of SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS. The planter appears to be American Made pottery as it is much heavier in weight than pottery/ceramic items from Japan.  As you can see Happy is carrying his shovel as he is ready to head off to work as they all whistle their happy tune, "JUST WHISTLE AS YOU WORK".  How much quicker our mundane jobs would become if we could all have the Dwarfs attitude toward work.  This planter is a Great Addition to anyone liking to collect Disney or specifically Snow White memorabilia.  This piece would look also so cute decorating a toddlers bedroom.  Happy is is GREAT CONDITION with no chips spotted.  There is a bit of separation in the ceramic at the back rim of the planter that is not a crack but simply the material separation when the ceramic dried.  There is some spots of color on the back of the planter that are under the glaze so they have been there since the piece was originally made.
