Vintage letter opener - souvenir of Nice, France, crest of Nice with heraldic design with suit of armour visor on top, measures 6 1/4” L, silver tone (looks like a quality piece but is unmarked), possibly made in France.
Condition is fairly good - grip is bent slightly, blade is not bent, pretty shiny.
