    Description

    Vintage, previously owned Hand Painted Danish Footed Vase and/or Planter.  Wide top opening more like a planter than a vase.
    It has four protruding 'feet' and four curved sections between them with the flat portion center of the base approximately 1/2" in.
    It is painted a slate shade of blue with geometric etched designs revealing the cream colored clay beneath the paint.  Only the polka dots within each triangle etching section are raised dots that appear to be slightly cream glazed while the remainder has a matte finish.
    The bottom is marked in blue lettering:  "MADE IN SOHOLM DENMARK" and "HANDPAINTED".  To the right of the blue lettering are etched markings into the clay "55/2" and the letter "L".
    No damage, slight signs of age wear use on the protruding 'feet' of the base.
    It is 5-1/4" tall; 5-1/2" open diameter across the top; and 3-5/8" diameter around the footed base.
