    Description

    The vase features a scarlet colored cardinal perched on a branch.  The vase is formed as if from 3 long leaves and the paintwork on the leaves is quite nice.
    I believe the material is a rather matte ceramic but it is possible that it could be plaster/chalkware.  (It feels harder than plaster, but I'm no expert on this.)  There is a small chip on the end of the bird's wing, visible in closeup in 7th photo.
