Vintage Blue 9 Hole Ceramic Flower Frog Arranger

Vintage blue 9 hole flower frog measures approx. 2.5" in diameter and 1.25" tall. There's a chip on the base but looks to be a manufacturing flaw. Also some crazing. Please see photos.
