The FILBE is the latest generation of Improved Load bearing pack design.  This rucksack offers advances in terms of load carrying capabilities, modularity and comfort.  The optimization of the frame*, hip belt* and shoulder harness system* maximizes the ability to carry heavy loads efficiently, while minimizing the burden of weight.  The end result is improved overall system compatibility and increased comfort for the user.  This new pack design offers greater carrying capacity with the main pack accommodating 5000 cubic inches of gear.

Please use the following quality guide below to understand the differences in our qualities:
Excellent - These packs will show very little signs of use and are the best we have.  They should be free of any defects.
Very Good - The packs will show some signs of use that could include any of the following: dirt, stains, tape, writing, or scuffs.  We did not find any holes in these packs and the drawstrings and buckles are intact.
Good - These packs will show a little more moderate signs of use and may have a rip or be missing a small non-essential component.  These packs are still fully functional for their intended purpose.
Acceptable - These packs will show heavier signs of use that could include any of the above plus small holes or rips.  A common problem is the area around the drawstring may have pulled apart and ripped somewhat.  Any defects would be easily repairable.
CIF Turn In

- These packs will have some kind of defect that would be a hinderance to typical use.  They could be repaired and returned to fully functional status fairly easily, and these would be good if you are needing to turn your ruck back in to a CIF issue facility.  The packs will probably have small holes, but nothing large and nothing that couldn't be repaired.

Payment Terms
We accept PayPal payments only (all major US credit cards are accepted)
Ohio residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax
Payment must be received within 2 days of your order, otherwise an Unpaid Item Case will be opened
Shipping Terms
We ship orders Monday through Friday
Your order will generally be shipped on the next business day after receiving cleared payment
We do not ship on weekends or US holidays (if you order on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday)
For high value orders we may require signature confirmation upon delivery
Your order will be shipped from Ohio.  If you're in a nearby state we will generally ship your order with USPS Priority Mail (1-4 day delivery)
or First Class Mail (2-5 day delivery) service.  We will generally use FedEx Ground (1-4 day delivery) or FedEx SmartPost (2-7 day delivery)
for further destinations or very large or heavy packages.
Delivery dates or shipping times are estimates!  We will do our best to ship your order within 1 business day, but once we hand it off to the
shipping carrier it is out of our control and delays could happen for any reason on their end.
Returns
All of our items may be returned within 30 days unless otherwise noted
The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped with all accessories
Refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned item and it is examined
