    US Postal Commemorative Society Uncirculated  P & D Mint Set Collection 1965 to 1994.
    Special mint sets were issued from
    1965 thru 1967. The set also includes the 1976 Bi-Centenial silver set.
    There were no mint sets issued in 1982 or 1983. There is a total of 29 panels in the binder. Note: 1966 special mint set has a crack in the hard plastic case, see pictures. If you need more pictures, please ask.
