100% Genuine US Military! Brand New Never Issued! These covers were originally made to fit over the Alice backpacks during the beginning of the Iraq/Afghan war when some units were still wearing the old woodland camouflage.
These covers measure about 29.5" in diameter and will fit over virtually any backpack/rucksack. Provides excellent protection against rain, snow, wind, sun, etc. Can also be used to cover a tire or pretty much anything else that you can think of.
Made of very high quality and thick cotton material. The elastic band is also very heavy duty and provides a secure fit over anything.
