    Description

See my other auctions in my transformer section for utc stancor thordarson etc. This buy it now is for a NOS transformer made for a old medical manufacturer of ultrasound  ,We had one tested initially  and got results of   575 vac. I had a friend do some tests on it  with a  1n5408 diode bridge rectifier and 47 uf cap showed 875 dc, With loads it showed the following,  840 volts at 84 ma, 820 volts at 160 ma 813 volts at  197 ma 790 volts at  312 ma , I have a little note on this one showing 300 ma max. The 6.3 volt secondary is though to be between 4 and 5 amps,
Use this as a rough guideline for your application.
These came from old tube type ultra sound running either  a 812a tube or pair of 8068 in the circuit and a single 1619 in what I call the power supply chassis circuit,
EIA code 682 is a local transformer maker Electrical Windings here in Chicago. I will have other transformers available here soon from this equipment including NOS out of  the bulk box transformers. My thoughts are someone can put these to good use building a monoblock  amplifier or maybe a ham amplifier or transmitter, I will have multiples of these transformers available as well as the matching output transformers and chokes that came off these units plus I will be adding the transformers built around the 1619 tube as soon as I can, Shipping included priority flat rate box as the transformer is 11 1/2 pounds. Check back in my transformer section of my ebay tube store to see more of these items that came out of the buy out I did, This is for transformer my stock number 468D I ran this transformer( the one I will be shipping next ) on my mains no load and am seeing more like 6.89 and  614 volts ac no load so you should see a little better results then we show on the first transformer tested . This transformer weight is about 12 pounds Just a reminder the high voltage secondaries are NOT centertapped, I will be using a stock photo as these are NOS ,I am pulling them straight out of the manufactures box, Starting to run out of them. Looking at these specs maybe this would be good for a 6146 tube project??
