silver ankh shaped letter opener from Egypt

Description

I am posting items from my parents estate - they were both prolific collectors - my father collected coins, postcards, all things opera and antique tools and my mom collected finials, pillboxes, LLadro, cats, birds, and just about everything else.
This silver ankh shaped letter opener was purchased by my mom in Egypt in the 1980's.  It looks like a combination letter opener and paper holder. Other than that, I do not know specifics on age.
