presentation letter opener from Rear Admiral, Saudi Naval Academy

Description

I am posting items from my parents estate - they were both prolific collectors - my father collected coins, postcards, all things opera and antique tools and my mom collected finials, pillboxes, LLadro, cats, birds, and just about everything else.
This letter opener was presented to my father by a Rear Admiral of the Saudi Naval Academy in the 1980's.
