Description

This Pottery Wall Plate shows the outline of Australia, a Native, and a contemporary Kangaroo all raised approximately 1/4 inch. Colors, type of clay, Figure Wild decoration on Kangaroo, and the symbolic design trailing across the face of the plate, are very typical to vintage Aboriginal Native art, but more inline with modern expression. Approx. diameter of Plate is 6-3/4 inches. Has metal loop on back to hang on wall. Very detailed and colorful. Probably one of a greater production. Travel prize.
