H Stern Magnifying Glass SILVER Plated VINTAGE.
Vintage. It is silver plated. The chrome that surrounds the magnifying glass says, "Japan".
It is my belief that the stem/handle was part of a silverware set and retrofitted to accommodate the magnifying glass.
Please take note of all pictures/images. Slight dent to upper surround of magnifying glass that is noted in images w/bubble image - a defect that is visible to the discerning eye, but most would not notice.
A perfect gift for your old, wiser generation!
