You are buying one FILBE Assault pack in Fair to Good Condition.
Fair to Good Condition - but heavily used with much wear and repairs. May have stains, odor, identification labels, markings, small holes etc
All zippers (some may have only one pull tab), buckles and fasteners are functional. This is genuine used USMC Surplus and look it. Most are very dirty and some have corner wear through on the stiffener (included).  However these were made tough for the USMC and still have life left in them. Most tags are worn where they can not be read. Wash them and put them to a new use!
When we say repairs, they usually have holes and/or rips that we repair with an industrial sewing machine. We may add matching fabric or some other fabric of equal or greater strength on the inside that is as hidden as possible.
