This is a first gen land CIRAS front panel made by Eagle Industries.  It was issued to SEAL teams in the early production/design stage of CIRAS vests.    It has the white size label.
It has the adjustable shoulder straps with different shoulder pads and covers - missing the pad strap on one side - see picture
The internal neck area has no velcro placed on the inside.  Webbing is the yellowish sand tan color and yellowish white velcro available at the time.
The shoulder padding is a separate piece stitched to the strap that can be adjusted to the user by the straps coming through the front.
The front panel sides have built in mag pouches sewn in with small velcro button closures.  Both sides are missing the nylon strap attachments.
All buttons have oxidation from age/use
I received this about 8 years ago from a SEAL who used it overseas at the early parts of the GWOT.  I've only seen one other come up for sale.  We also have a complete vest from the same sets in our ebay store.

Most packages are shipped with USPS and anything over 0 value ships with signature confirmation.  Some larger items ship UPS ground.  We can ship faster or expedited if not offered on the listing itself. Inquire through ebay messaging and we will get back to you immediately.
International
We only ship internationally if the listing has the international shipping options available to you.  If the item has no international shipping in the description or on the shipping options we will not ship overseas.  Period.

PAYMENT
We only accept Paypal for orders placed on ebay.  If you are unable to pay for the item within 3 business days of order completion / auction end, please notify as soon as possible and we can work with you on an extension.  If we don't receive payment within the 3 business days we will file an unpaid item case through ebay.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer returns on any and all purchases. If it is mistake or the item is incorrect, then we would pay return shipping and give a full refund once the item is back in our possession. If the item is returned for any other reason, the buyer would be responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in the same condition sent to the buyer.
