PAYMENT:
Payment required within 3 days after winning the auction.  I accept PayPal only.  Non-paying winners  will be reported to ebay and an unpaid strike will be filed. If for some reason you can't pay right away please contact me for arrangements.
SHIPPING:
Orders will be shipped Mon - Fri (excluding all holidays) I only ship through USPS.  Please remember that First Class mail can at times be slow especially around a holiday.  Please do not hesitate to contact me when waiting on your order to arrive if you think it has taken too long, this way I can try and look into it for you.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
In order to receive the combined shipping discount you must request a shipping total from me PRIOR TO PAYING.  If you request a combined shipping total after payment has been made I will not give any refunds for the shipping overage paid.  If you do not understand how the process works please CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PAYING so I can help you through the process.  If you are using your phone app to order, please do not put the items in your shopping cart, if items are placed in your cart I cannot combine the shipping, in this situation please use the buy it now function for each item and then request a shipping total.
ALL PA RESIDENTS WILL PAY 6% SALES TAX ON PURCHASES
REFUNDS:
All items must be returned with in 14 days after receiving the product .  We are not responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges. No exceptions.  Items shipped back to me must have a delivery confirmation number.  When I receive the item back you will receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the shipping.
