Returns Policy
We accept returns on all new items for period indicated on the item. New items must be in original packaging (including plastic wrapped items), uninstalled, and in new condition.
Please contact us for a return authorization and shipping address. Return shipping is paid by the buyer on items that are not defective or damaged.
Occasionally, an item is defective from the manufacturer, or damaged in transit. Stuff happens, but when it does, we'll take care of you. Contact us right away and we'll get you a prepaid label, schedule a pickup, and get a replacement sent right out.
Returns are not accepted on international orders.
