Very Rare 2000 Philadelphia ANA Convention & Banquet Souvenir Set In Sealed Envelopes(The last 2 pictures are of the medal that is supposed to be in these sealed envelopes)
It's sealed so I don't know what's in it but I found this information about it on an internet forum:

"What is inside the envelope is a dark green card with a window cut into it, with a Proof like Bronze medal which the Red Rose Coin Club has Produced since 1966, The medal is of Harriet Lane the niece of President James Buchanan who resided in Lancaster, Pa. (Home to Red Rose CC) she was the Unofficial "First Lady" since James was not Married during his term in office. It was a product of the Keystone Mint."
