    Description

    1982-P Uncirculated U.S. Mint Philadelphia Souvenir Set with no Envelope. This set has carbon spots on the bronze mint medal so I'm selling it as a "cutter" set. The coins are nice and would be good for filling holes in albums. Because it's not a problem free set I'm selling it without the envelope and at a discount.
