On this power chassis this was housed with a quad set of 7591 power tubes and a dozen 12AX7 preamp tubes. It's in great condition as shown and worked great when all connected. It is massive and sized 4.75" x 4.5" x 3.75". Sorry I do not have specs other to say it was used on the DSO organ. It's ready for your project!
