    1950's Toronto Elevators Limited Brass Advertising Letter Opener & Knife
    We have here a beautiful brass and steel letter opener with a knife blade. It says on the knife blade " Bonsa Solingen Germany." On the brass handle is the grain elevators with a great lake ship in front of it . In raised lettering it says " Toronto Elevators Limited." This on both sides.
    Built is 1928 the
    Toronto Elevator Company merged with Maple Leaf Milling in 1961, and the company and silos were renamed Maple Leaf Mills
